ARTICLE 2: THE SUBJECT
- The subject of this contract; Saygin Hotel's (address: Sinanpaşa Mah. Yenilik Sk., No:30 Beşiktaş / İSTANBUL) covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the hotel accommodation service offered to the consumer in electronic environment (via the website) within the framework of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. sayginotel.com.tr
ARTICLE 3: CONTRACT PRICE AND PAY TERMS
3.1. The consumer pays the contract price either by credit card from the Reputable Hotel's website or by EFT/wire transfer to the bank accounts that have been noticed.
3.2. The fee specified in the reservation covers the services on the introductory page and on the booking document; extra food-drinks or other services are subject to an extra fee.
3.3. Paying paid fee The consumer is obliged to pay the whole fee on the booking date; if the payment is not realized, the booking will be cancelled.
3.4. Installment, interest or exchange rate difference may be applied to the credit card; the consumer accepts these additional expenses. Oct.
ARTICLE 4: WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION, TRANSFER AND AMENDMENTS
4.1. For cancellation, cancellation or amendment, communication with the hotel (in the form of mail or written transferred data) is required.
4.2. The rules are as follows:
a. The right of withdrawal in service agreements disappears when the service starts and no refund is made within the 14-day period.
b. If a date change is requested for discounted reservations, the current list prices are applied.
c. For changes other than the date, written notification is mandatory no later than 7 days in advance.
d. If the check-in does not take place and written notification is not provided, the hotel may cancel the reservation after 24 hours and the fee will not be refunded.
e. If the hotel does not offer the service —the consumer may go to termination— the payments will be refunded, the documents, if any, will be returned.
f. In case the service cannot be performed, the hotel is responsible for a written notification within 3 days and a refund within 14 days.
g. In case of unfair termination of the hotel, a full refund is made to the consumer.
4.3. Other requests for changes (room type, system, etc.) are evaluated up to 7 days in advance and resolved as much as possible.
4.4. In case of early exit, the entire contract price is paid.
4.5. If there is a refund, the payment is made to the paid card or account.
ARTICLE 5: OTHER PROVISIONS
5.1. The consumer pays all the information (accommodation conditions, price, payment method, etc.) Have seen and approved from the reputable Hotel's website. The site security infrastructure is sensitive; however, the hotel is irresponsible for theft caused by the consumer's device.
5.2. Complaints must be notified to the official in writing during the service period; otherwise, the right to compensation disappears.
5.3. Even if the contract does not reach the consumer via the Internet, catalog or advertisement, the site conditions are valid and the consumer has accepted.
5.4. The consumer undertakes to accept the contract by reviewing the hotel information.
5.5. If the entrance is not made, the fee will not be refunded; force majeure (death, accident, illness, etc.) if it is documented, the cost of non-stay nights can be refunded.
5.6. Identity and age checks are made at the entrance; in case of deficiency, the difference is charged.
5.7. Accommodation details are indicated in the booking records and on the promotion page.
5.8. Date extension is possible with the availability of the hotel and paying.
5.9. The hotel is not responsible for consumer's damage and theft situations.
5.10. Check-in Oct.15:00, check-out must be at 12:00 at the latest; otherwise, an additional fee will be charged. The extra services should be paid by the consumer.
5.11. Participants who do not sign the contract are also considered to have read and accepted the rules. The right of recourse for exceeding payments is reserved.
5.12. The consumer declares that he/ she has received the qualifications, price, pay, performance information; the hotel is responsible in case of defective service.
5.13. Invoices are sent to the address given at the time of booking; the hotel is not responsible if they cannot be delivered to the wrong address.
5.14. Child discounts are valid if they are in the same room as the parent; age-based price difference is charged.
5.15. Force majeure (weather, road, strike, war, technical failure, etc.) in case the hotel may offer cancellation or similar facility; there is no right to compensation.
5.16. In cases such as artist session, the right to make changes is in the hotel.
5.17. The booking document is an integral part of the contract.
